The Netherlands is a leader in logistics. This makes our country an attractive business location. Logistics are also indispensable for other sectors, such as healthcare, food and manufacturing.
More than just transport
Logistics is much more than transport alone. It is the coordination of all parties working together on a project. The coordination to get all the people, materials and goods to the right time and place through transport. All components in this process are equally important for its success. Such a logistics process is simple if it needs to be carried out once, but extremely complicated if it is 300,000 times a day. Vaccine logistics during the corona pandemic is a good example of what is involved in the logistics process.
