The research question in this TKI PPP allowance call focuses specifically on the societal themes 'Health and care' and 'Safety'. Multidisciplinary (from both science and society) consortia are invited to submit research proposals within these themes aimed at 'supply chains for society', with knowledge development in the logistics or supply chain management domain. Proposals should address the complexity of societal systems and processes holistically by actively involving the various stakeholders.

This call for application for PPP allowance contributes to the implementation of the Action Programme Top Sector Logistics 2020-2023 which fits within the government's commitment to mission-driven innovation policy and top sectors. This call follows the structure of the Action Programme and the Knowledge and Innovation Agenda of the TKI Logistics.

Funding

The available TKI allowance budget for this call is a maximum of €2,000,000. Within the TKI Dinalog and specifically this call, the following guidelines have been chosen for shaping the projects.

This call focuses on:

  • Industrial (R&D) research: up to 50% of eligible costs, with a minimum of €250,000 and a maximum of €500,000 (maximum project size €1,000,000 for up to 3 years)

  • Experimental development: up to 25% of eligible costs, with a maximum of €300,000 (maximum project size €1,200,000 for up to 3 years

Collaborative projects are research projects carried out by a consortium of companies and knowledge institutions. The minimum size of a consortium is two companies and one knowledge institution.
