SPRINTER prepares the Netherlands for a wide-spread use of community first responders. This empowers the local volunteer community to take an active role in emergency preparedness and relieves work pressure from overloaded emergency services. SPRINTER includes the scoping of volunteer tasks, assessing impact and boosting the efficiency of volunteer response by leveraging data and analytics.
