This call aims to contribute to the further development of generic knowledge in the field of digital security in logistics chains (supply chains) and the digital security of the products and services these chains produce. Multidisciplinary consortia are invited to submit research proposals aimed at improving digital security throughout the chain. This knowledge development can focus on a) balancing security, flexibility and chain efficiency, b) mapping (dynamic) dependencies in chains, c) the digital security of products and services generated by these chains and d) developing mitigating measures and testing them in both digital and physical chains.
This call focusing on Supply Chain Security was created in cooperation with the Top Sector Logistics, Energy, Horticulture & Raw Materials, Life Sciences & Health, ICT and HTSM, within the System and Chain Security theme of the CS4NL programme.
Funding
The available budget for TKI allowance for this call is a maximum of € 1,500,000. These funds will be made available by TKI Dinalog, TKI Horticulture & Starting Materials and TKI Life Sciences & Health (Health~Holland), if in line with the relevant knowledge and innovation agendas and implementation programmes.
Maximum allowable PPP allowance per project:
Industrial (R&D) research: up to 50% of eligible costs, with a minimum of €250,000 and a maximum of €500,000 (maximum project size €1,000,000 for up to 3 years);
Experimental development: up to 25% of eligible costs, with a maximum of €250,000 (maximum project size €1,000,000 for up to 3 years).
Collaborative projects are research projects carried out by a consortium of companies and knowledge institutions. The minimum size of a consortium is one knowledge institution and two companies. This call for proposals explicitly requests multi-sectoral consortia.
Validity period call for proposals
This call for proposals is valid until the closing date of Thursday 29 June 2023 (midnight). Projects may be submitted at any time up to this deadline via tenders@dinalog.nl. The evaluation process for all submitted proposals will start only after the deadline has passed.
TKI HTSM does not contribute to the budget of this call. However, TKI HTSM is working with research organisations and companies in High Tech to form PPP projects related to Cyber Security and Supply Chain Security. For this, contact Holland High Tech.
