With a new subsidy scheme for the period 2022-2026, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management is funding the implementation of research that contributes to emission reduction in construction through the development of effective construction logistics chains, the development of further digitalisation, or chain management activities as part of the Clean and Emission-Free Construction (SEB) approach.
TKI Logistics (Dinalog) issues calls for research proposals for this purpose. These are open calls, in one or two annual rounds. The research questions are published in appropriate channels, such as here on the TKI Dinalog website and via various media channels. After publication, consortia consisting of knowledge institutions and private and possibly public parties are invited to submit specific proposals within the conditions and guidelines of the grant programme and this guide.
Call 3 - 2024: Deel B
With this third call, TKI Dinalog is issuing a call for research proposals specifically on part B. This innovation programme is part of the Knowledge and Innovation Programme Emission-free Building, which is part of the overarching roadmap Clean and Emission-free Building (SEB). SEB's aim is to achieve 60% nitrogen reduction (NOx), 75% health gain and 0.4 Mton CO2 reduction in the construction sector by 2030.
In Annex 1 of the Explanatory Memorandum (Annex 1 Ranking Criteria and Weighting), item 12 incorrectly states that a proposal must score 3 or more points on the knock-out ranking criterion 12 'Reduction NOx' to be eligible for a grant. This must be score 6 or more points to be eligible. This criterion only applies to applications for grant under Part B: Clean and Emission-Free Construction.

Research into, among other things, making construction logistics more sustainable and the role of digitalisation, the logistical impact of sustainable materials and modular building concepts, multimodal organisation of construction flows and chain management functions in construction logistics are the focus of this third call for research under Part B.
