In the established temporary subsidy scheme for the period 2025-2029 (in Dutch), the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management is funding research by the Top Sector Logistics, which contributes to:
Part A - The transition to sustainable, competitive and safe logistics chains and freight transport as part of the Joint Ambition, ‘Logistics and freight transport in 2050: competitive, sustainable and safe’, resulting in the Implementation Programme of the Top Sector Logistics 2024-2026. This programme has the following main objectives: 1) sustainability, 2) resilience and 3) future-proofing. Part B - Emissions reduction through construction concepts, emissions reduction in construction logistics chains, the use of zero-emission mobile equipment and the development of digitisation and chain management activities, in line with the Knowledge, Scaling-up and Knowledge Experience Programme (KOP) Mobile Equipment and Construction Logistics, as part of the national Clean and Emission-Free Construction (SEB) approach.
TKI Dinalog invites consortia to develop proposals within the conditions and guidelines of the subsidy scheme.
Available Budget
The total budget available for research and knowledge utilisation amounts to:
3.55 million euros for Part A, on the research themes:
Scarcity of space
Increasing labour productivity and earning capacity, and meaningful work
Security of supply of materials, raw materials, and products
Resilience of the logistics and mobility system
Sustainability and energy transition
Digital transition
1.88 million euros for Part B, on the research themes:
The role of digitisation in making construction logistics more sustainable
Logistics patterns in industrial construction
Robust logistics systems for circular construction logistics
Timeline
Project proposals can be submitted by email to tenders@dinalog.nl from 9 am on 2 February 2026 until no later than 5 pm on Friday 26 June 2026. Proposals will only be included in the assessment process after this deadline has passed. Please note! This differs from the usual deadline we normally apply, so please submit your proposal before 5 pm.
Consortia may submit a draft budget and receive feedback on it until Tuesday 26 May (before 11:59 pm), in order to speed up the process after final submission.
